This stunning family kitchen in Brentwood, Essex has a super contemporary luxe feel that is simply perfect for modern family living. The bespoke kitchen is from the Nickleby range which has a quintessentially British style and beautifully detailed cabinetry.
The clients came to Humphrey Munson to design their kitchen which was part of a larger building project that involved extending the house. The kitchen is therefore situated in the extension to the rear of the home and it’s a really well proportioned room with lots of natural light and a calm, airy atmosphere.
Designed by Peter Humphrey, Design Director and Founder of Humphrey Munson, the flow of this space was a key consideration particularly in terms of access to other areas – the utility room, dining area and access to the garden.
This is a painted kitchen with smoked oak accents throughout to ensure the space retains a warm and welcoming feel.
The kitchen has a spectacular selection of Sub-Zero & Wolf state-of-the-art refrigeration and cooling appliances. The Sub-Zero wine preservation and fridge-freezer are surrounded with a bespoke stainless steel casing which was designed and manufactured by Humphrey Munson.
The Wolf range cooker with the iconic red knobs, is complemented by a Wolf induction cooktop and steamer module which are integrated into the kitchen island. Other appliances in the kitchen include Wolf convection microwave with grill, Wolf warming drawer, a Miele dishwasher and Gaggenau coffee machine.
The stone flooring was supplied and installed by Humphrey Munson and is called Attica Tumbled.
