Humphrey Munson is seeking a charismatic receptionist / project administrator to serve as the warm and welcoming initial point of contact for our inspiring HMHQ in Felsted, Essex, encompassing our offices, design studio, showrooms, and workshops. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client-facing and administrative roles.
Job Description:
- You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Design Studio Head, providing comprehensive studio support to ensure the seamless execution of client projects, with a specific emphasis on new business development.
- Your responsibilities will encompass essential reception and front-of-house tasks, including telephone coverage, call redirection, and message handling as required.
- Welcoming clients, suppliers, and other visitors and offering refreshments when necessary.
- Confidently liaising with clients at all levels, being the primary point of contact at HMHQ for all clients.
- Maintaining the impeccable presentation of our showrooms and managing the showroom calendars across our sites in Felsted, St. Albans, and London.
- Coordinating catering for design meetings and assisting the Creative Director and Client Service team in organising internal events.
- Contributing to the management of client documentation and filing on the server, ensuring the address book is up-to-date, and all client administrative checklists are followed meticulously.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, a cheerful disposition, and flexibility, always ready to engage as a crucial member of a dynamic, proactive team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and their Google equivalents is essential.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Natural aptitude for conscientiously prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership of work and function autonomously.
- As an ambassador of Humphrey Munson, you must exhibit innate professionalism and approachability in all interactions with clients.
