Many of our projects involve designing and installing cabinetry in other rooms in the house which really helps to ensure a sense of consistency and flow throughout the space.
Although many of the projects embrace the concept of open plan living where the kitchen, dining and living area are all carefully zoned in one big space, many clients also like to have a separate dining room for more formal entertaining.
Installing cabinetry in the same design as the main kitchen is a great way to keep the overall look and feel of the project really consistent and because it’s bespoke, it means the cabinetry fits the scale and proportion of the space perfectly.
We designed this bespoke Spenlow drinks cabinet to house glassware and provide a space for preparing and serving cocktails and pre-dinner drinks. The glass shelves allow the cupboard to be lit during the evenings providing additional mood lighting during dinners.
Underneath the cabinetry is an integrated Miele refrigerator for storing drinks and mixers on the left, and a drawer and cupboard to the right for storing napkins and other smaller pieces of tableware.
