Humphrey Munson is a design-led kitchen company based in Felsted, England and we work on projects across the world with live projects in the US, Africa and the Middle East.
Each and every bespoke kitchen is handcrafted in our workshop using the best materials, informed design and the finest craftsmanship. Our design values of simplicity, symmetry and proportion ensure each project has the perfect balance of classic English design paired with clean, contemporary lines.
With a rich history of master cabinetmakers stretching back to the late 1800s, over a century later we have preserved our reputation for excellence in the design and manufacture of beautiful handmade kitchens. We believe in future-proofing both in terms of design and quality so we take an innovative approach to the traditional kitchen cabinet design and manufacture process.
Our first step is usually to organise a design consultation via Zoom video conference, or over the telephone to discuss the project in more detail. We will prepare an estimate for you in respect of the furniture and shipping costs. Once the estimates have been discussed and agreed, we can progress the detailed design work for your project.
If you would like to book in a design consultation via Zoom, please email us to make an appointment – we usually have availability on one week’s notice Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.
Clients can choose from Nickleby, Longford or Spenlow cabinetry with interiors in any of the bespoke finishes that HM offers. We do not supply worktops, and generally do not supply appliances and accessories (with a few exceptions).
Clients can choose from a selection of 20 bespoke paint colours available exclusively to Humphrey Munson and manufactured by Mylands – a historic English paint company. The paint will be supplied as an Eggshell finish ready for hand-painting on-site.
Clients may also specify the cabinetry hardware from the bespoke selection exclusively designed by Humphrey Munson and available in polished nickel, aged brass or weathered bronze.
