Led by Angela Hartnett and Lime Wood’s Luke Holder, together with their team, HH & Co serve delicious Italian dishes with a respectful nod to the seasons and to Italian culinary ideologies. We love spotting the latest dishes on the Lime Wood instagram page – this Beef Cheek, braised carrot and sage and onion crusted bone marrow dish looks absolutely delicious. Hartnett and Holder’s food comes with the much loved Italian approach to eating – where sharing and provenance is everything. The style is chefs’ home-cooked food not chefs’ food cooked for restaurants. Both Angela and Luke are famed for their informal, grounded style of cooking and their respect for local produce. Lily Simpson, the founder of the Detox Kitchen, is hosting a pop up special in January 2016 which is already sold out but there is a cookery class and spa day available still for Friday 29th January 2016 from 10am – 5:30pm. The Detox Kitchen is one of the most exciting healthy food companies to emerge from London. Lily Simpson is a food entrepreneur, chef and mother. Having launched her own catering company at the age of 24, she went on to create The Detox Kitchen, the renowned healthy food delivery service with two boutique delis. The cookery course is designed to help us all get back into the swing of things in January, so guests will be spending the morning with Lily cooking up a menu of brightly delicious and packed full of flavour dishes all using her clever combinations of herbs, spices and oils, and all wheat, dairy and refined sugar free.
