The Longford kitchen in our St. Albans showroom is for sale as an ex-display kitchen with all cabinetry, worktops, appliances and accessories. The specification and pricing are below. Please note the kitchen and appliances were installed in 2016 and this space has been used as a working kitchen over the course of the last 6 years. The kitchen consists of the following:
- Main run – glazed wall cupboard with adjustable glazed timber framed shelving x2, drawer with a pull out pot cupboard below. There are two three drawer chest either side of the Lacanche range cooker with a false chimney and traditional HM overmantel above. In each of the top drawers is a utensil insert and a cutlery insert. Another glazed wall cupboard is located to the right hand side and below the countertop space is a drawer with a cupboard below including swan neck drawer that pull out.
- Island – the working side of the island (facing the main cooking run) features a pull out integrated bin (2 x 38l) with concealed drawer above, sink cupboard with door rack and the V&B butler sink above with Barber Wilsons tap and rinse, plus a hole drilled for a hot water tap (but unused in the showroom). Next is an integrated Gaggenau dishwasher. On the back of the island are panels with seating space and an access panel to the back of the sink area.
Please note there is no storage run or fridge freezer in this kitchen, however we can manufacture additional furniture for this purpose if required for an additional cost.

The ex-display pricing for the above furniture, worktops, appliances and accessories is £32,000 + VAT.
This includes the design service to ensure the cabinetry will fit into the relevant space.
This does not include project management and installation although we can arrange this if required and this will be charged separately.
