This light and airy kitchen is the beating heart of this exquisitely renovated home in Parsons Green, combining modern design with unparalleled functionality. At its core is a striking waterfall island in Solenna quartz by Caesarstone, with bespoke Westlock cabinetry finished in HM’s bespoke Portman Oak. The room is framed by a trio of black steel-look arched doors that open onto the terrace garden, flooding the room with natural light and reinforcing the sense of openness. Carefully chosen brass accents thread through the scheme, offering a nod to the home’s Victorian heritage while balancing its contemporary edge. Every detail is designed for both beauty and practicality: Miele ovens are neatly integrated for precision cooking, a Quooker tap provides instant boiling water and a sleek Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer sits neatly within the cabinetry. A functional breakfast cupboard sits away from the main cooking run, adding further everyday convenience and ensures the space is calm, uncluttered and always ready to welcome family or guests.
Opposite the kitchen is the beautifully handcrafted media cabinetry also in the Westlock style, finished in HM’s bespoke Portobello Oak. Designed with both form and function in mind, it offers abundant shelving for books, decorative pieces and everyday essentials, with a central section for the large television. The rich Portobello Oak finish brings depth and warmth to the room, providing a thoughtful contrasting balance for the lighter wood of the kitchen. Perfect for relaxed evenings spent watching TV or chatting with friends over a glass of wine. This bespoke cabinetry enhances the sense of flow between cooking, dining and living, ensuring the space works as seamlessly for downtime as it does for entertaining.

We’re proud to design and manufacture all our kitchens at our workshop in Felsted where the traditional joinery of the past meets the technical innovation of the present. We employ only the finest cabinetmakers whose passion for their craft is proudly displayed in each beautiful handmade kitchen. As well as kitchens, we also design, manufacture and install cabinetry throughout the rest of the home. In order to offer a truly bespoke kitchen design service, we provide a curated selection of accent woods, worktops and hardware along with our own paint range produced exclusively for Humphrey Munson by Mylands.
