Super quick, easy and fresh – we love this asian prawn toast recipe. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or as a canapé before dinner.
Simply mix some cooked prawns with chopped coriander, thinly sliced red pepper and finely grated ginger. Add a dash of fish sauce, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
For a little heat add some finely chopped red chilli or add a sprinkle of red chilli (pepper) flakes. We used toasted white sourdough for these which works really well but you could use pitta or blinis for something a little less rustic.
