A luxury hidden gem in the floating city, Palazzo Venart Hotel, Venice is the perfect place to spend a weekend away. This 16th-century Venetian palace opened last summer with a new lease of life: marble furnishings, parquet flooring and antiques and artworks are layered to marvellous effect throughout the hotel.

Boasting a prime Grand Canal perch – the Palazzo Venart hotel gardens opens directly onto the Grand Canal and the 16th-century grounds have also been carefully restored.

The hotel has been finished to the highest degree of luxury, perfectly reflecting the Venetian aesthetic and cultural influences through the interiors. Comprised of just 18 rooms and suites, the interior design all fastidiously decorated to portray a unique aspect of Venetian history and culture.

Many of the original features are present in the interiors including renaissance frescoes and marble fireplaces expertly restored by Venetian specialists and complemented with antiques and custom furnishings to display the Palazzo’s noble past. With a rich history dating back centuries, The Palazzo Venart is one of the City of Water’s finest palaces.

Upon entering the Palazzo Venart, you will find a private and discreet courtyard with magnolia trees shielding you from the Venetian sun with their cool foliage and sweet fragrant blooms. Set within this romantic enclave, you will find The GLAM restaurant. The latest creation of Michelin chef Enrico Bartolini, and his first in the Serenissima, GLAM can host up to 40 guests indoors or al fresco.

Serving classic Venetian fare using modern techniques with a contemporary twist, Enrico and his team have introduced this exciting new signature restaurant to the Venetian gastronomy scene. Complemented by an extensive wine list and providing only the very best personally attentive service, GLAM is set within one of the most atmospheric properties in Venice.
