When it comes to nutrition, Amelia Freer is without a doubt one of the UK’s leading experts. This new 3 day retreat is designed to focus on the whole body. The aim is to help you slow down, find a sense of balance, nourish your body and mind with a bespoke plan created for long term wellbeing.
Over the course of the three days you can engage in 8 1/2 hours of varied sessions, including talks, workshops and cooking demonstrations. These will cover; the foundations of a good diet, positive wellbeing, how to eat well when you’re constantly busy, stress reduction and healthier sleep, how to build a healthy lifestyle and creating your own personal wellness plan.
All meals will be included and are the perfect opportunity to get to know everyone as well as tasting some nutritious, seasonal food. The menus have been created as a collaboration between Lime Wood’s head chef Luke, Amelia Freer and Raw & Cured Creative chef Sheila – so you can guarantee each dish is brimming with incredible ingredients.
As well as workshops and amazing food, the retreat also includes daily forest walks, early morning meditation classes, the use of the award winning Herb House Spa, two night’s stay in one of the double rooms, two yoga classes and more.
