These fragrant thai crab blinis are the perfect combination of salty, spicy and zesty and are quick and easy to whip up, literally taking 5 minutes…

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 batch of blinis (see recipe here)

200g of Fifty Fifty crab meat (this is white and brown crab meat but you could use all white for a cleaner and lighter taste)

Fresh ginger around 5cm size, grated

1 tbsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted

1/2 red chilli, finely diced

Handful of coriander, finely chopped

Juice of one lime

Salt & pepper

Prepare and mix the ingredients together…. and well, that’s it … then spoon on top of each blini. Sometimes I’ve added a little chopped chive, or spring onion (scallion) to the mixture too for a little extra uumph.

If you’re making this ahead of time, add the lime juice at the last second. And watch that you don’t let the sesame seeds burn as it only takes a second. Enjoy.
