Health is Wealth | Inspiring Recipes for 2017

To kick off 2017 just right, we thought it would be good to share some of the recipes we’ve got on our list to try out in the HM showroom kitchens in Felsted and St. Albans. We’ve blogged before about the super talented Nina Olsson who writes the super inspiring Nourish Atelier blog and website.

We were very excited to read that Nina is releasing her first book – Bowls of Goodness – which is going to be released in January 2017. The recipe for the neatballs pictured above is featured in the book, we’ve already pre-ordered our copy and cannot wait for it to arrive.

A must follow is Hello Glow – amazing recipes and mouth-watering images, we love the better breakfast series to help start every day just right.

We’ve been fans of Pinch of Yum for a while now and this recipe for spicy chicken with sweet potato is brilliant – just brilliant – because it’s all prepared in advance. There is a post all about the magic of meal prep – if you’re too busy to cook from scratch, you need to read this.

A friend told me about this website – Cashew Kitchen – the recipes are out of this world. The recipe for a thai salad that is gluten free and also vegan is top of my list for 2017. Take a look at the website here for more recipe inspiration.

Feasting at Home is written by Sylvia Fountaine who is a chef and caterer living in the Pacific Northwest and her wholesome and delicious recipes will have your mouths watering and your tastebuds celebrating. This recipe above for a Japanese farmstyle teriyaki bowl is absolutely perfect – definitely one to try.
