Autumn is now in full swing and there’s absolutely nothing better than a rum cocktail to spice up your weekend dinner party with friends. In aid of the new season (and national Rum Week this month) why not try our quick and super easy spiced cocktail recipe. Plus, not only is it easy but it has a short list of ingredients that can be picked up from a local shop if you are short on time.
4 cups Apple Juice (the Cawston Press apple juice is particularly good)
2 12.7 oz bottles Fentimans Ginger Beer about 3 cups
1 cup spiced rum (we used Kraken)
Cinnamon sticks (if preferred)
Add the apple juice, ginger beer and spiced rum to large pitcher and stir to combine.
Serve over ice with a slice of apple and cinnamon stick (if preferred).
Simple as that!
